A great Starbucks experience. The staff is nice and accommodating if you have a specific drink or order. Two thumbs up.
Pleasant place to stop between errands in Pittsfield. Friendly staff. Coffee quality is a bit uneven compared to other Starbucks stores.
Great quiet atmosphere, the employees are realy nice. I like the availability of seating. 10/10 would come again.
All three of the Starbucks in Berkshire county, basically, are all located in the same shopping complex (market 32, Barnes and Noble, and this one). This one is definitely the best atmosphere and the by far the best at making the drinks. :)
