Outstanding! We rented a 12 person transit van in order to attend a convention in Albany, NY. It suited our needs perfectly! Both the Pittsfield, MA store and the Times Union Center store in Albany were very helpful and accommodating.
Professional, well trained staff......I had completed much of the paperwork online..... So when I arrived I was in and out quickly.... Since it was only a day rental they let me leave my vehicle in their lot...... Otherwise they're very accommodating pickup and drop you off.

I rent cars from this location frequently. They are very efficient, are flexible and helpful, and are very pleasant to work with.
Needed a rental for a couple days while my car was in for repairs. Economy car selection was pretty good, I ended up with a 2018 Nissan Versa. Service reps were polite, with exception to one jerk. Prices fairly reasonable and they gave me a lift back to repair shop. I forgot to fill tank before I brought back, but it was no big deal..the rep just charged me for the 3/4 tank of fuel at pump price.
