As someone who does not have dental insurance and dont have a lot of money, i was very happy to be in the hands of Aspen dental team in Pittsfield. The whole staff really cared about my situation and did everything they can to help. They genuinely cared and was very sympathetic. Facilities and service was a perfect 10. I am truly thankful to have found them. Thank you guys!
Wonderful, helpful staff. Very clean, and short waiting time. Just wish they were in network with my insurance. They offer payment plans, which is convenient for most, but I have two children and other medical problems, so unfortunately I personally don’t have the extra grand to put into my teeth. I’d recommend to anyone, but if you’re low income like me, you are better off having yourself covered by your insurance.
Fast service. Very professional. A little bit more transparency during checkout process. Recommended that I spend 135 dollars on an oral b toothbrush!!! And included it in total charges without disclosing it. I already use a 250 dollar sonicare.
