Love them!
I really like Dr. Dallenbach. Unfortunately, my son has only actually had the opportunity of seeing him once, but the experience was fantastic. He spent a great deal of time with us and was extremely attentive, observant, and caring. My son drove cars on his shoulders and he didn't mind at all :) However, the rest of the staff in this office leave much to be desired. They rush, never smile, and make us feel like a number. Have had to see Physician Assistants for the last 2 years for physicals and it's just not the same. Communication is terrible in this office. Dr. Dallenbach made recommendation for a consultation with a specialist, but this was never communicated and I finally called almost a year later to ask what was going on. Seemingly, it was just lost in translation or stuck on a shelf to collect dust. Still trying to this day to coordinate the referral for consultation! Absolutely no help or assistance from the office and they were the ones to suggest it! Switching to another doctor. Also, beware...This office does not know what patient confidentiality is and has no misgivings about breaking the privacy laws!
