The GameStop was decently stocked with most of the new games and console plus collectibles which were cool. The store is usually packed but they have good line management most of the time. Staff is helpful and friendly also!
Nice crew decent sales not as big a selection as some others though and ocassionally pre-owns may not work but they always are willing to exchange if you run into some bad egg, overall for the town pittsfield decent store.
Extremely rude service no matter if it's in store or by phone call. Just a simple question and you're treated like you're a bother to them. Connor in particular was extremely nasty and had an attitude the entire time. Better off with going through Amazon for anything rather than this location.
Gamestop charges way to much for there merchandise and they dont give hardly anything for trades
I Really like game stop but 1 person was very right when saying our website prices are different no their not read the web page cause it tells you to lock in price and it's good forb1 buisness day. I was even signed into my account which said specifically cause it said Allendale store. Here is the problem game stop employee's would Rob unsuspecting customers who brought back cash trad ins. Their way of doing it which an ex manager told was if you ring up say like in my case 150 cash back they either don't scan some games later have other people sell them if their 20 dollars or more and here is how they try to get away with they throw away your reciept right away most people don't say anything cause it's not a receipt for buying things so why keep it? Duh so you can make sure they don't Rob you. Here is my story imbrought back a 150 in cash there was no website to know how much but 30 games your going to get good no ey she gave me 80$ And tried to thro away my receipt when I asked for it she said oh it's in the trash you don't want. YES FOUND OUT THEY OWEDED ME 150 SO YEAH WATCH OUT THEY STILL DO IT LAST WEEK 3 DOLLARS THEY TRIED TO TAKE BUT 3 DOLLARS DONE 30 TIMES ADDS UP
