I have worked in corporate Quality Control for General Dynamics and now work in Configuration management which is a service providing function there. I wish the unappeasable customer well - but the gist of the matter is that he needs to work on that. The manager is the soul of courtesy! We had many antiques to ship cross country, and they all arrived intact. Great experience. Please use this business. They have earned our trust.
Very Busy store. Lots of free parking. A little bit on the expensive side, you pay for the convenience. We expected more out of the mail box delivery service but the postal service is also to blame for slow and undelivered mail. Needs to hire a lot more clerks as it gets hectic at times and a line forms often. The clerical help are troublemakers and censor mail service. Not worth the hassle. Look elsewhere for proper delivery service.
Dave and Danielle provided excellent service today - while I was there a customer came in demanding special service beyond what the company offers. Dave and Danielle offered every accommodation at their disposal while explaining the options politely and courteously. The customer refused to recognize their conscientious efforts and left. I applaud Dave and Danielle for their positive attitudes in a difficult situation.

UPS (or at least this UPS) has made sending packages an unimaginable pain. For five dollars worth or shipping I had to show an ID, sign 3 times, and all the while the employee helping me was obstinate and disagreeable.
