I can't say enough good things about my experiences over the years with Paul Rich & Sons. The quality of their product offering, commitment to customer satisfaction, and unique personal touch make this retailer the only place to go for high-end furniture in the Berkshires... and Beyond! (I once saw their delivery truck in Manhattan and realized that the secret was out.) Thanks to Tom and the rest of the team for always going above and beyond to make sure we're happy. That's why we keep coming back and always will.
We ordered an expensive sofa from Paul Rich. It arrived earlier than expected so we left it covered with the plastic that it came with until we moved in to our new apartment. When we moved in we removed the plastic and found damage. We contacted Paul Rich & Sons and emailed them a photo of the damage. Two weeks later they sent someone to look at the damage and take more photos. We spoke to Tom Rich, the owner, and he tried to disclaim responsibility because we didn't report the problem sooner. He promised to call us a week and a half ago. It has been a month since we reported the problem and it is unresolved. Beware of this retailer. They are expensive and they don't stand behind the product they sell.
I've had a second home in the Berkshires for many years. This store has always been my go to place for everything. I recently updated a few rooms and couldn't be happier with the quality of products and the service I received. Many thanks for helping me make my home away from home so wonderful.
