We had the upstaris heating zone fail and called Pride. I paid him to fix the problem but come to find out it wasn't fixed property, we still had the same symptoms from the zone. I called him back so he could correct the problem and he charged me for another service call. The problem was eventually fixed but I had to pay him twice to fix a problem that should have been fixed properly the first time. I would not recommend him.
I emailed Scott after having several company's just did not call me back or looked at the job and never called again. Scott was very honest from the start and said he was booked 6-8 weeks out. I asked him to come take a look and it was very obvious he was knowledgeable in steam heat, he measured all my radiators ( no one else did that they just looked at the old boiler) turns out the boiler that was installed 25 years ago is double the size it needs to be. Scott put in our new unit switching from oil to gas and the house has never been so comfortable. The install is clean and was done in one day with the inspection the next day. Couldn't be happier.
