We were recommended by friends to try out mattress firm to find a new queen sized mattress. I couldn't have asked for a better experience buying a mattress. Our salesperson (Darnell) was incredibly nice and offered us amazing deals and answered all of our questions thoroughly. One of the deals was just too good, and we left with a mattress that far surpassed our expectations was still inside our price range. The deals on the sheets and comforter sets were amazing. We will definitely be returning and recommending to anyone who is need of a new bed.
After ordering via phone (online), promised my order (confirmed via email) on a frame being delivered on the 1st of DECEMBER, I attempted to call back with the number used to place the initial order since I had never received the frame (on December 1st). After poor customer service (not being able to talk with anyone live), I called Darnell at the Pittsfield store. Darnell and his customer service went above anything I had expected. I now will have a frame and box spring delivered on the same day as my mattress. Thank you Darnell, I can't thank you enough for calming me down and taking care of me. Highly recommend this store for future purchases.
That guy Damian (or Darrien?) is a real stand-up guy. He went above and beyond in helping me get one of their less expensive mattresses. Highly recommend this place.
We received the absolute best customer service and information from Darnell. He was very accommodating and helpful as I have a number of serious allergy issues. We would highly recommend Mattress Firm in Pittsfield and Darnell as we received the old fashion customer service that is unheard of today.
Had the worst experience ever. Went later in the afternoon, older sales person. Made me feel as though I was interrupting his day. There was no sign outside of building, would not recommend the store or that sales person. Horrible. Definitely go to the Great B store much better...
