I got a second opinion, and it turns out everything he said was a lie. It was a small fix, they dug up a small hole in my yard and replaced a piece of pipe. It cost me 800 bucks.
They arrived eariler than their original estimate and did a great job. They were very personable, explained what they were doing and fixed the problem.
They helped us when they had no availability! A quick fix and I look forward to using them again for all of our plumbing needs!
DO NOT USE BERKSHIRE ROOTER. He is a scam. He came out to fix a clog, then told me that the whole system needs to be replaced. They'd have to dig up the yard and the street, hire a police officer etc... He said I was looking at 8k and that it absolutely needed to be done, there were no less expensive fixes.
