The staff sees a lot of good, and bad. They acted like my case was special. The secretary's, and vets remembered me, when I was going through a tragic loss.
They treated my kitten great and we're gentle with him. He never even realized he had gotten 2 shots. Dr. Makuc is awesome.
The one bad thing is they don't do payment plans anymore.!!! It's so wrong to deny an animal, or owner what it NEEDS cause of $$. And obviously prices are so high, costs more and more every year.
My last pitbull I lost to cancer 7-7-2017. The Secretary came out from behind the desk, and gave me a hug as I was crying!!! It was memorable.
Set up appointment for our new puppy from the Humane Society before the visit our little guy ingested some grass seed. He wasn't moving or eating so we called and all we were told was a phone number for a pet poison control site that charges $49 to answer your question. Should of asked for the number of a caring vet. Canceled appointment going to Pittsfield Vet. Hospital because they cared and helped. Won't let me post no stars.

They are always very kind and gentle to my dog. She tends to get very anxious when we visit. The staff is very tolerant.
