Brenda catered a friends wedding and showed up 3 hours late. What's worse? She wasn't prepared with the agreed upon beverages, the food wasn't warm and she didn't even offer a discount to the couple for her mistakes. What a horrible feeling to have to worry about the food for your guests when you should be enjoying your wedding day.
Horrible service. Showed up three hours late for brother's wedding. the food was cold. forgot the drinks. And still charged for everything even the stuff she didn't bring. Dinner was an hour late. The only nice part was her servers who had to do her apologizing for her. Also told the bride "I bet!" when she said she was not happy. When we tried to reach her, couldn't even answer phone, had to be reached through her personal facebook and not the company account. Also left before seeing if we were all satisfied.
