Service is good. Cannot reach them on phone to get an appointment. The closing time is not 7pm. Its misleading. They close at 6. Went there 3 times after 6 and they were closed.

Great barbershop plenty of chairs so I only waited like 5 min. So I've been to a few shops here in Pittsfield and they legit sucked. First time at Sims and Kendrick my barber took his time and my cut looks dope, and he was cool talking to during my cut. Price is a bit more than others in the area ($21) but its def worth the couple extra bucks.
