I have actually called customer service to verify I am able to return the item before going in to get interrogated about the return. I believe this manager is Tracy? This comes off as extremely unprofessional. She needs to be reminded ULTA (corporate) is the one making the return policies - not a “manager” at an individual location. I drove 45 minutes to a Sephora today where I knew it’d be hassle free shopping.
As another reviewer mentioned - the manager comes across with a major attitude like she’s offended or angry at the customer for making a return.
The salon is a wonderful and affordable place to get your hair done! Jess did my wedding hair and also cuts my hair and always exceeds my expectations.

I had purchased about a dozen Urban Decay powder shadows, love the color selection, know I have only 30 to return. So unfortunately after trying several I found even with the primer they just didn't last. The woman who did my return acted like she was mad about my returns. "I would rather you had someone help you, and you leave here satisfied with your purchase." Didn't at all seem sincere. She seemed very irritated.
