So quick and professional. Due to a last minute situation, I walked my daughter in minutes before closing. The staff were very kind and efficient. We were in and out in 20 minutes and no one showed us any resentment for showing up so late. Great place.

I was in Med Express yesterday, and it was a very pleasant experience. The facility is beautiful. I had a great time with the receptionists. Holly and Valary. They were pleasant helpful and got me in and out. I will be back again. Much better than going to the emergency room. Thank you ladies for helping me.

These people are awesome. Very caring. :)

Wouldn't recommend this facility. Waited over 2 hours to be seen for my sick 4 month old son. They had 1 Dr. providing service and I couldn't believe he was actually a physician. He was an older man covered in cat hair, his personal hygiene was awful and he didn't seem to have any answers for why we were there. His responses to all my questions were...I'm thinking!!! NOT WHAT I WANTED TO HEAR FOR MY 4 MONTH OLD BABY. Make it worse, we were 1100 miles away from home and this was the best they had to offer us at this facility. Wouldn't recommend!!!!!!

I went there recently for a stress fracture in my foot. Before I could be seen by a "doctor" I was asked for a credit card so they could receive payment before having even treated me. There are 3 tiers of payment, much like a cable company, you choose the tier that best applies to you. Basic is $119, the tier with X-ray is $169, and finally should you need a splint it's $219. So I obviously needed an X-ray, bumping me to the second tier, and the elderly doctor who I saw reported I had no fractures or broken bones of any kind and kindly sent me home with an ace bandage. I received a phone message later that night from the same doctor asking me to call back as soon as possible because the X-ray report had come back and there was something he needed to share with me pronto. As I received the message after business hours I called back the next morning and was told by a different doctor I indeed had a fracture of the 4th metatarsal and I needed to go back for a splint. She was also very pushy about referring me to an orthopedist, having never treated me herself, and kept offering to write me doctors notes so I could miss work. Anyway, I live in Adams and the drive to Pittsfield is about 25 mins. Not a huge inconvenience, but when you have a fractured foot it kinda is. I drive all the way out there to be explained to, before even sitting down, that a splint will bump me up to the 3rd tier of $219 and if I could give them a credit card before I sit down. I walked right out of there and I will never be back.
