I like Angelina's as company, the quality is better than subway. However the Elm Street location is not their best. If you call to place an order after say 8:30, I am consistently told their credit card machine is down. The most recent time I called she told me that not only was the credit card down, there was a 45 min wait, but nearly every piece of food equipment was broken. She literally said the only thing she could do was put bread in a toaster. If she's telling the truth, get some new equipment, if she's not, get some new staff.
The one on Elm St went down hill quick. The past few times I got food from them I was extremely disappointed. It took 20 minutes to make a BLT, which is fine. But when I got it home the bread was old and hard. There was literally 1 piece of bacon that was cut up in crumbles (like bacon bits), 1 slice of tomato on each half of the sandwich, and a huge handful of lettuce to make it look reasonably sized. The sandwich consisted of mainly hard bread and lettuce. I ate a couple bites and fed the rest to my dog because it was so hard and gross that I couldn’t even eat it. So let down, and this has happened the past few times I have brought home food from there...

Food is good here (when they actually get my order right) but the service is absolutely terrible. At all locations. Every employee is absolutely miserable and almost always mess up my order. I called for take out the other night 20 minutes before they closed and they said they wouldnt pmake me a cold sub. Ridiculous.
Great subs and the service is amazing! Even when under pressure those women stay calm and collected. Absolutely amazing!
