They never brought out our food. We waited in the parking lot for at least another 15 minutes until we realized they probably forgot about us. When we went in to see what the problem the was, the only person who acknowledged us was one frazzled employee. The manager made no attempt to even talk to us at first, or remake our food. Instead, she said the next time we came in our entire meal would be on her--and even after refunding, she didn't refund my boyfriend's soda. We walked away after all that time with no food.

While there is nothing inherently wrong with this Taco Bell, the manager has completely ruined the entire restaurant for my boyfriend and I. There isn't a problem with the food, but the manager running this establishment is disrespectful, inconsiderate, and unable to handle her job. We waited after ordering at the drive-thru for at least 20 minutes just to be told that our food had been accidentally given to someone else, and we should wait in the parking lot for them to remake it and bring it out.

Saturday night, should have best staff on. Instead I've been here for a half hour now sitting in line at the drive-through. Absolutely ridiculous....

This place sucks. The owner of this Taco Bell obviously doesn't care about this place. Always getting orders wrong. Long wait times. Staff is childish and swear. The tables are always dirty. And the food is always barely warm. Never hot. Would rather eat at Hot Harry's. And that place is overpriced.

We went back to take her up on her offer, and instead of compensating our meal like she said she would, she told us she fired the employee who gave our food away, and just gave us 50% off and acted like she was doing us a huge favor. We still paid $10. The employee was never the problem. We will not be going back and don't recommend it.

Every time we get food from here something is always wrong. Tonight it topped it all. I ordered a Crunchwrap supreme and got a taco supreme (which isn’t the bad part). On a supreme you’d expect sour cream on it, instead, they put ranch on my food instead of sour cream. Who puts ranch on a taco???

Ordered and waited 40 minutes for our food with 3 kids. Couldn't leave, because the line was backed up and you can't "escape" the wait. Get to the window, and are rudely asked "do you have cash?". No I do not. Our credit card reader isn't working, you'll need to pay in cash. So within the last 40 minutes, you couldn't find a single employee who could walk the line of cars and inform the people waiting!?!!!?? Then you made us wait, even if we didn't want to, because trust me, I didn't want to after 15 minutes, and all the food your "rushing" to make is going no where, that is no fault of the waiting ordering customer.
