Unique and superb. If you want to be cajoled into spending too much money on a bike then go to one of the other bike shops in town. They'll dazzle you with carbon fiber and a hand-me-down sales pitch straight from their distributor's sales play book. Tom, on the other hand, will give you his own honest opinion on all things bicycle, based on a life-time of obsessive interest in bicycle componentry, materials and an encyclopedic knowledge of the history of the various players in the bike industry. He's hands down the best bike mechanic in the berkshires.
