Expect an in you're face greeting upon entering. The Service ends there. I stood in the fish department for 15 minutes listening to worker's chat about scheduling issues an upcoming Holiday Party. Fish are not self serve. The only difference between Benson's and chain pet stores is Chains are cheeper. So Disappointed. Walked Out. I am throwing my Benson's Card out.
