Stopped last week with a flat. Mike took care of me right away. Fixed my flat and trued my rear wheel. Had me back on the road in 20 minutes. Just like having your own professional mechanic!!
I needed a repair on my gearshift for my bike. The gear was not repairable, but the service guy came up with a used gear for about $5, and the installation was very reasonable. They completed the repair quickly and notified me when it was available. Very happy with Plaine's.

I have been shopping at Plains for 35 years now, I live out of state but I still travel there to get all my equipment. Within the last year I have purchased a bike, skis, boots and all kinds of accessories. People might think I'm crazy to travel 3 hours however their service and commitment are worth it. Claudia, Jeff and Jake are the best!
Knowledgeable staff, friendly environment, they made buying a new bike easy! I had no idea what bike size my daughter was, it was a relief walking into the store and having all my questions answered! They guys down stairs were also friendly and helped us load our new bike in my trunk!! Thanks guys totally recommend this place!
