I think this store must be under new management. I've never been all that impressed with most cell phone stores service before but today was a completely different experience. I finally caved & got a smart phone recently and I keep running into things I don't know how to do. I hate to go into a store & ask for help because usually the employees are somewhat impatient and act like it's not their job to explain the phone to me. I always get the impression that if I'm not buying something they don't have time for me. Today, I must say, was just such a different experience. The Manager here actually took the time to, not just fix my problem, but actually listen and understand why I was having trouble. He helped me fix the issue I was having, explained some of the functions & how to work them & never once made me feel like he was impatient or too busy to help me. Next time I need anything I know where I'll be going!
I purchased a new phone at the Verizon outlet at BJs this afternoon. I was ably assisted by a very knowledgeable young man named Paul Belanger. It was such a pleasure to work with Paul & I would rate it as an awesome experience! Quick, professional, and excellent service! I could not be happier.
