Brought my Miata in for 2 issues. They figured out what was wrong, which turned out to be more complicated than we both anticipated. So they weren't able to take care of it all that day. They only charged me for 1 of the 2 diagnostics. They showed me what was wrong in detail and wrote it up. Really nice and honest. I would go back any time!
This is our 3rd car with Berkshire Mazda. Jim and his crew are always so helpful and patient when it comes to car buying. They work with you to make sure they can meet your budget and your needs and never try to sell you packages that you are clearly not interested in. Once you say no, they don't push you but once you say yes I promise you'll be incredibly happy with their service.
This is my 4th new car purchase and 4th dealership I have bought from and by far the best experience. Both Jim and Scott were easy to deal with and great to do business with. I got a better price than elsewhere with no haggling or pressure. Wonderful car buying experience and would highly recommend this dealership to friends and family.

I'm updating my review because I like these guys so much! I brought the car in for service again this week for an electrical issue. These are the kinds of problems that can really be scary. They found the problem and fixed it quickly and for a very reasonable price. They diagnosed another problem that might need some attention and told me to keep an eye out for it. I really can't say enough good things about this service department. They are honest, reasonable and do what they promise for what it should cost. I'm a customer for life.
