Roger, Courtney and the crew down there at Hyundai are amazing. Told them if there was a way to get me out early on my Toyota Corolla lease and lee payments affordable I would be glad to buy another car. So they made it happen to say the least and I love the Hyundai product and the whole experience.

HINT: Shuttle service may be a bit of a wait so make sure you have a flexible schedule.

I have had many positive experiences at Haddad in the past, but the last two weeks have brought enough frustration to last a lifetime. After dealing with a rude service department member, I simply emailed the general manager in order to let him know my frustrations. He assured me that Haddad was sorry for the issue and encouraged me to give Haddad another chance, which was clearly a mistake.

I went in looking for my next car because I want to upgrade to something a little larger. One of my biggest concerns is that the salespeople collect all of your information and then disappear to talk amongst themselves. The salesmen just seem like middle men and you can't ask anything without them leaving for a few minutes to check with their manager. Right from the get go, Brandy, my salesperson who begrudgingly helped me because there weren't enough people working, made it clear that it would be almost impossible to get the deal done, which was a terrible feeling.

The past few weeks have given me numerous reasons to look elsewhere for a new vehicle. Haddad clearly does not care about their customers or the experiences that they provide, neither in the sales department nor the service department. Their prices are not worth being treated the way that they feel is fair to treat customers.

Came here to have my car serviced- starter motor was acting up and I prefer the dealership vs. local shops. Staff was friendly and communicated well, the work was timely and professional. The only disappointment was when they called and recommended replacing the brake pads and rotors- I usually only hear that one from sneaky small businesses (pads were bad but rotors were in ok condition). In general, think carefully about repair recommendations. The more you know about your vehicle the less you spend at the shop.

Another major concern is that I was told that my car "is just an Accent." After I got my insultingly low trade in value, I was told that I had to be realistic and Hyundais don't hold their value. Not only was that appalling coming from a Hyundai dealer, but when I bought my car I was lead to believe that they hold their value very well. When I said I was insulted by the trade in value, she told me to wait so she could see what she could do. This just goes to show that they were intentionally trying to lowball me and give me less for my car than it is actually worth.

Finally, when I said that I was insulted and that I had just put new brakes and new tires on the car, I was told "I really wish you hadn't done that." I had just spent $500 a few weeks earlier on tires and another $250 on brakes which I would not have done had I known it would make my car less valuable. The whole experience was just uncomfortable and I was already on the fence about whether I wanted to shop at Haddad or not.

Sales: I bought my car here about two years ago. I worked with RYAN. He was excellent and didn't mess with me. Call your bank for a loan before going in because they will try and sell you a loan for a car. I got the tire warranty option and it has saved me!

Service: I went in to have my car checked for strange sounds. MARISSA was an excellent communicator and went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of.

Excellent... Steve was awesome help my husband and kept him informed.. Of what was going on with his car.. Great job steve
