I have purchased 3 cars from here and our experience with purchasing has always been a great one.. The service on the other hand hasn't been quite as good as the purchase.. The last time I bought my 2016 truck with only 35,000 miles on it the service team was too busy upselling me for a routine oil change (That cost me $1600) for new tires, filters, wipers, blah blah blah they didn't even bother to change the oil.. I actually brought it to another place to get the oil changed and won't be returning to them for future service now that I am out of the "new truck and included service period."

Drew is an amazing salesman! Coming from the Cooperstown area in New York, I was pleasantly surprised by how warm & welcoming the dealership was. Drew helped me find the perfect 2016 Toyota Corolla and answered all of my questions and made the process so smooth. Unlike other dealers he wasn’t pushy and never said “What do I have to do to make it a deal TODAY”. Therefore, it was much more comfortable & enjoyable to work with him. I highly recommend this dealership and ask for Drew when you go - I couldn’t have had a better experience! Thank you, Haddad Toyota :)

I just bought a used Tundra from Haddad, and the sales experience was top notch. I worked directly with Drew, who made my out of state trade-in and purchase as smooth as could be. I never felt pressured to buy anything that I didn't like or that was out of my price range. I would strongly recommend working with him. Also, this dealership REALLY understands customer service, and goes the extra mile to make you feel like your business is valued. They've definitely earned my future business and my strong recommendation.

I was in the area on vacation attending classes at a yoga center. While driving I noticed a light on my dashboard that, when I researched it in the manual, suggested that I immediately get to a Toyota dealer. I went directly to Haddad, explained that I was from out-of-town and really worried about this situation. Bryan Torra assured me that he'd look into it as quickly as possible. I think I waited for about an hour when he told me that all was well, it was a minor issue (a problem with the gas cap seal). They replaced it, checked the car in general and I was back to my classes. I was so impressed with the care given to me. He understood that I was nervous about the situation and far from home so was very kind, understanding and helpful. A very pleasant experience!
