Friendly and fast had my new battery in no time
Shane and Jesse had the new battery installed in a few minutes, but realized it wasn't the right one. Came back in from the pouring rain and got the right one with minimal hassle. Perfect recovery! AND they got me a lower price than I ever expected (with taxes included) out the door! I'm beyond impressed with the quality of service at this location by the employees. I'll go back every time. Thank y'all SO MUCH. Seriously, A++ job.
Not great, slightly below average. Busy store with lots of free parking. Prices are generally on the higher side. I had a 25.00 gift card & a 5.00 off coupon. The cashier guy assured me that he deducted the card & coupon. Went home, checked my receipt - he lied. He did NOT deduct the 5.00 off. Bummer. Items on sale were a nice bargain ( 1.00 for motor oil) but regular prices more than the average retail store. 5.99 for a regular size can of WD-40? c'mon. I would not recommend unless you have a gift card like we had.
This is a great location so I no longer have to drive all the way down town to get parts. The staff here is always very professional and they go out of their way to help you they also offer military discount
Stopped by to ask if they'd replace a dead battery in my car if I had it towed in. Shane (the manager) said he'd do whatever I wanted as long as I could get it there. I called the tow company to get it there and he was able to start it up, and recommended I take it to a shop because I'd get a better deal on the replacement. I decided to go with AutoZone because they had the best online prices, were willing to install, and because Shane said he'd do whatever it took to get it in.
