wow this is a great place to get your car fixed with out feeling or getting ripped off! Gene Sayers sent us here to get a muffler pipe fixed that fell off on the pike. He had tried and it was not such a good job and these guys fixed it all up and went above and beyond everything for us and did it cheaply! They could have taken us for a ride and made a ton of money for a whole new system but saved us a ton and made pipes rather then replace the whole thing! This place is fair and well staffed!!!! Nice guys!

My mechanic "Chick" from Chicks Garage in Cheshire Ma suggested I should stop by Berkshire Muffler in Pittsfield for an exhaust pipe I needed to have replaced. From the first moment I stepped into the garage I knew Chick knew what he was talking about, the guy's working there are polite and honest and "Not" the typical people you run into at some other muffler and exhaust shops that besides replacing your muffler will try to talk you into replacing the whole exhaust system and in return win a free chance for a oil change "not including the oil filter, labor, replacing the oil plug, dirty oil disposal fee,dirty hands fee,and the fee for suggesting you have your muffler replaced "
