Fast service but expensive...over 500 bucks for 13 Mile tow and replace altinator...there expansion was they charge flat rate..??

Never take time estimates from Firestone seriously. A 2 hour estimate turned into 6 hours, half an hour estimate ended up being 2 hours. Received the wrong parts at first, had to come back multiple times. Will definitely take to a different shop next time around.
Very personable and accommodating. I purchased tires in the past and recently walked in with a service issue they fixed on the spot. Owner is extremely service oriented.
Firestone was great to me at the end of June. I was from out of town and brought in a car with a flat tire (on a donut). They were able to repair it for about $20 and did it within an hour. I had plans of touring the Berkshire towns and it was nearly ruined because of a nail - they saved the day. They were polite and engaging and could have taken me for a lot of money for a new tire. They were honest and were able to repair it for a fraction of the cost.
