Due to it being a holiday weekend, I was running around and not paying any attention to my tires until... the Tire Pressure light came on and I examined the tires to see the issue. That's when I realized that the old, unsafe tire had been plugged and put back on. To make a long story short, when I contacted the store manager, who was unapologetic, he said he was too busy to do anything about it, and that it would have to wait until after July 4th. I had to bring the car back in and again had to tell my story (the assistant manager was much more kind and apologetic) and wait. I've had to tell my story to 3 different managers, 3 different customer representatives, send two emails and have been offered a free oil change or tire rotation for my troubles. Both services, as I explained to the assistant and regional managers, are handled by my dealership - not to mention some trust issues at the moment regarding having the oil changed at this store. I've given them other opportunities to make this right but they refuse. Unfortunately, this ends my dealings with Mavis which had previously been positive and I will not be back to this store or any other Mavis. It seems to me now that the incompetence stretches all the way up to upper management and the corporate office.

First, I hate to leave such a negative review but I feel that I haven't been left a choice. The story: I brought the car in for a new tire since I was told that the flat tire was unsafe to repair. At first, it seemed like it was going to go well. They had a matching tire in stock at a decent price and could fit me in that very evening which seemed like a lifesaver. After the hour wait, I picked up the car and headed right out since I was fairly rushed. That, I guess, was my mistake.
Wait time was extended, bring your lunch!

Great customer service friendly people. Michael helped me out a lot and I am glad I came here for my tires and rotation. Only recommendations would be to get it done a little quicker. 2 hour wait time for tires, rotation and alignment.
Great place to get tires. Had to go back for a valve stem leak. They brought me right in, no charge.
