Made an appointment on a Monday for Thursday. Needed oil change and 2 new tires. Arrived on Thursday , they never ordered the tires. Needless to say my business went else where for both services. Not how you conduct business.
Go to Mike or Bob. They were extremely fair. Most shops try to over charge me because I'm a woman and they assume I don't have any car knowledge, but this was definitely not the case at monro. Thanks guys :)
UPDATE: after taking my car to three other mechanics they have all come to the same conclusion, THEY CHANGED THE WRONG PART.

I got a new set of tires there and when I went back for the retorque there was a clacking noise while the mechanic was wrenching it. He told me I needed control arms and that would fix it. Almost $800 later I have new control arms and it is still making the same noise. I was told after the fact, it's because new bushings didn't come with the new control arms. My car still makes the same noise when I put a tire iron on the lugs and apply pressure. The front end of my car makes more noise now then it did before I brought it in there. Do not take your car here they are a bunch of hacks.
Been here for an oil change and scheduled a MA inspection. People that work there are always excellent. They are worked so hard that you usually have to wait for an hour for a simple oil change. They are very busy and don't have enough staff for the work.
