I was in an accident around 6 months ago. At first the employees were very nice. When I got my car back after repairs, the sway bar was never replaced and I had to bring my car back. Now, months later, I went to get my car inspected and it turns out that they put the inside panels on without making sure the seatbelt in the back seat was properly placed, so I had no seatbelt in my back seat. Having a taillight replaced for the first time since my accident has shown a clip completely missing from when they had to replace that as well. I trusted them to put my car back together successfully after my accident as it was only a year old, and it turned into many projects after the fact.
Rude employees, terrible customer service, zero quality control. Go over your vehicle with a microscope after you pick it up because, if you find anything wrong once it's off their lot, you're going to be the one responsible for any additional repairs. I thought I was making the right choice by allowing a "big name" company repair my vehicle; however, I now know to give any future business to my local honest and friendly garage.
GREAT experience. Joe, Nate, and Jen made it easy to get my car in and out within a few days. No appointment was needed, they wanted me to just drop the car off and get right to work! This was refreshing from past experiences. See them for any of your body shop needs, very very happy.
I would be in you best interest not to get you car fixed here they pretty much just glue your car back together not pretty they do and the charge the insurance company thousands of dollars. Lol i think they are scammers my self save ypur self a headache please
My car was sent here to be fixed after an accident and the work wasn't really done. They got paid for nothing, the car was worst than it was after the accident! Lost my job due to not having a car. I would never recommend them to anyone, they didn't care about my car not being fixed! Their work SUCKS
